The coffee grounds pop corn, albeit sounding weird, is the best popcorn I had in my opinion. Make sure you try it. They actually roast the coffee right here. Rare earth coffee uses an air roasting method. Just like the advertise there is hint of acidity in their coffee. Reminds me of Barcelona coffee. ”

Almost speakeasy-like in the sense that this “coffee shop” is in the back of a warehouse in an industrial neighborhood in North Clovis, it’s a go-to spot for those “in the know” — IYKYK, right? (I feel like an insider whenever I’m here.) Anthony’s new butter pecan latte (half-sweetened) with oat milk tastes like a S’more’s Latte to me — my new favorite. Also a huge fan of getting their grounds for use in my French press @ home — have tried Cinnamon Spice, Hazelnut, and French Vanilla so far, all incredible. $12.99 a bag — def worth it, better than all the types I’ve tried from Trader Joe’s (though I could see this brand on the TJs shelf one day, Rare Earth introducing “air roasted” coffee to a broader market possibly?) ”

This place is far superior to any of the big name coffee shops and at a great price for the quality. Anthony and Grace are so knowledgeable about their drinks and products, and always recommend me a great new drink to try. 10/10 experience every time. ”
